We are looking for a Part-Time Retail Associate. If you love plants, people, and creating a beautiful retail environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Customer Connection: You’ll be the face of the shop, greeting guests, providing plant care advice, and helping customers find the right plant.
• Hands-on Care: Responsibility for plant care and inventory maintenance.
• Operations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, restock the floor, and keep the shop tidy and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Plant Passion: Solid foundation in plant care (or a deep desire to learn!).
• Retail Savvy: Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• People Person: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking to customers and guests.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for your shift and occasionally lift up to 30-50 lbs.
• Reliability: Someone who is punctual and flexible, including availability for weekends. This position is specifically two weekends each month and 1-2 days each week. Also must be available to help with plant delivery; unloading semi, unboxing, prepping plants for retail sale.
